Shipping policy

At Cristina Qiu, we process and ship ready-to-ship and one-of-a-kind products within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Handmade-to-order and customized products require 10-14 days for production, as they are crafted from scratch, and will be shipped as soon as they are completed. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply, and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
